Scared of my new bully.?

i am 5 foot 8 inches, and she is 4 foot 8 inches. and i what your already thinking, ethan why are you scared of her, your a whole foot taller than her, BUT she is my biggest fear and she hit like a real bully, she makes me shake and scares me very easy, so now i feel like im force to skip school all year long. my parents say you need to face your fear and not hide from your fears, But i paranoid i dont want to go back. What should i do, please help me, and the teacher wont believe unless they see it happening. What should i do, is it okay to face my Biggest fear?
