Was he thinking of me as more than a friend and can we still be friends?

I am a girl and I started talking to this guy online (as friends) though we flirted it wasn’t serious or romantic. The thing is I didn’t use my real pictures and kind of pretended to be another girl. He got really angry at me. He told his friend on there I’m a fake and weirdo. The next day he deleted me as a friend and before that he said to never talk o him again. Do you think he started having a crush? What do I do?
