Tire Kingdom ripped me off, I bought new tires and paid for an alignment but they didn't do it.?

I bought new tires for my '03 ford explorer and paid for an alignment but after getting the car back I realized after 3 days it still veered to the right so I went to look in my paperwork for a copy of the alignment that shows the before and after and it was nowhere to be found. So I went back to them and asked for it and they said they weren't sure where my copy was or why it was never given to me and asked me to come back today (06/02/2011). If come to find out my alignment is way off and in fact they never did the job then what actions can I take towards them for stealing from me?? I want to know what I can do to hopefully prevent something like this from happening again to people like myself. I intend to do a video recording of my appointment with them in case there is anything said that can in turn work to my favor in either reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or making them pay for trying to rip someone off.
