How much can I expect to pay to add a new foundation to an existing home?

The home is only 900 sq feet with four exterior walls measuring 30', it was built in the early 1900's on the ground. The home inspector strongly recommends having a proper foundation retro-fitted to the home. I need to know how much this may cost before I proceed to purchase the home. Monrovia CA
