Ridiculous entitlement v. reasonable self-advocacy?

I don't think it would have ever even occurred to me to ask a professor to reschedule an exam. You can do that? I always appreciate the attempt (my mom's theory in life is 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease'), but yeah- ridiculous entitlement in this case.
