Jason Mraz CD won't play on my computer. Why?

I put the CD into the slot. A screen comes up telling me to register online. After I register, the CD won't start playing. It stays on that thing telling me to register. Windows Media player doesn't work for some weirdo reason and when i double click on the CD icon in My Computer it just opens up a new window telling me to register!!! HELP
