What is my problem with getting dates?

It sounds like you aren't as crazy about girls as most guys are, and that you are really picky. It seems like you might come off as stuck up, as you said in your post that you hurt them before you even asked them out. It also seems like you aren't too good with the ladies, but a lot better with guys. That is why I think you might like a girl who is athletic and active and not too extremely feminine, but still pretty. Since you get along better with guys, you need a girl who also gets along well with guys. The more feminine and girly the girl, the less you will feel comfortable with her. That is just my hunch.
