He's being stupid and will be a lame husband who lies on the couch drinking all day watching sports or going out drinking instead of taking you places, learning salsa with you, doing things together. Get out while you can and tell him straight up I need you to stop lying to me or I'm gone. Don't let him blah blah blah tell him you didn't ask for his excuses or opinion, that's what you want or that's that. Then stick by your rules. He'll probably go and lie then break up cause he isn't worth it, there's a lot of guys out there. You just have to learn to be by yourself for a while and learn to love yourself
