Is 23 too old to be living at home?

So I graduated from high school in 2007, and I partied my butt off and ran myself into debt until the year 2010. I am now going to a community college and finishing up my freshman semester. I am going to be a physical therapist. I have been through 6 jobs since high school and really have not had to great of luck with jobs. I am about to start a second job within the next week. I am not financially strong. I am going to start saving money but it is hard when a job does not pay a lot and I pay for school. Hopefully this second job will help my financial situation.
