I dont have pretty eyes, how can I make my eyes pretty WITHOUT makeup?

So I have small, beady eyes and the color is really dark so you cant even see the pupil...they look colorless...I've tried makeup many times but I feel like I don't need makeup I'm only 15 and have a pretty face but my eyes bother me and nobody ever compliments them...I try various mascara, eyeliners, and eyeshadows you name it nothing works and I want to have pretty eyes without makeup...is there anything natural i could do? or is there some sort of cosmetic surgery or eye reshaping of some sort that will make my eyes appear bigger and prettier? please help and dont hate this is a serious issue to me...thanks xoxo
