Help on Newborn Bunnies!?

My friend's dog just dug up four new born baby bunnies. The mom was no where around and we knew it wouldn't take them back anyways so she took them in, and had to give them away (Which is how i ended up with them). The bunnies have very fine, scarce hair and their eyes aren't open. I'm going to say they look around 3-5 days old. I have fed them kitty milk re placer from an eye dropper twice within the last 8 hours. I have tried to massage their bellies with a warm, damp cotton ball, to make them poop or pee but nothing is happening. They are currently sleeping in Timothy brand hay in a box on top a clean towel. They are in a box in a warm quiet dark room. Am I doing everything right? What can I do about the pooping and peeing? What else can I do? I really want these bunnies to survive, I know the death probability is high.
